Pageantry winners are public ambassadors. They promote high ideals and worthy causes to civic groups and business organizations; they appear in print and television commercials; and they conduct countless interviews with members of the press.

In 2006, officials from the national Miss Earth Pageant have asked Dr. Kemmet to become its Official Dentist. The Incredible Smiles team will provide aesthetic dentistry services to the winner Ü Miss Earth USA Ü to help prepare her for the international Miss Earth competition.
