Dear Lori,
I had to drop you a note.  It’s Independence Day weekend, a chance to relax, spend time with family, catch up on anything/everything I want to. Time to enjoy life!  I think about you and your team from time to time and what an impression each of you have made on me.  I realize that you have set the bar for excellence in service.

Lori, I’m not even talking about my dental work!  You and your team have made a lifelong impression on me and therefore, have a customer for life.  I honestly can’t wait to tell people about you!  Every experience I’ve had with you, your team, your facility, and your business as a whole has EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!  Truly, how many people can say they’ve made such an impression on someone that many, many, many months later, when on a hot afternoon and one has time to relax and just think… they think of their dentist and their team?!  Perhaps I’m the only one on earth!  If so, I think it’s important that you know how highly I think of you.  Somehow, though I think there are other equally enthusiastic clients letting you know this.  If not, I hope this brings a smile.  It does me.
